Service scope
Closed-loop technology without operators entering confined spaces (No-Man Entry), aimed at recovering up to 95% of hydrocarbons from heavy tank bottoms. Scope and deliverables are defined according to asset conditions, available information and the project's technical requirements.
What you receiveTank cleaning, separation of crude oil, water and solids, and preparation for technical inspection.
Technical data sheet and parameters
- Cleaning method
- 0% human entry during cleaning; 100% external robotic operation
- Crude oil recovery
- Up to 95% of commercial crude oil returned to the pipeline
- Time out of service
- Reduction of up to 70% in time out of service
- Atmosphere control
- Nitrogen inerting to reduce ignition risks in the presence of volatile organic compounds (VOC)
Specialties and field deliverables
- Phase 1: thermal fluidization: Injection through hydrodynamic washing cannons with closed-loop recirculation.
- Phase 2: three-phase separation: High-speed centrifugal decantation separating light crude oil, water and fine solids.
- Phase 3: preparation for inspection: Tank preparation for ultrasonic assessment under API 653, with verification of access conditions.
Basins and fields for operational deployment
Strategic storage tank farms in the east and west, refineries and marine terminals.
